Billing
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains how Mademinds SaaS subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when a payment may qualify for a refund or billing correction.
1. Subscription billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance at the price and frequency shown before checkout. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews for the same billing period and the payment method on file is charged. Applicable taxes and any usage charges will be displayed or described before purchase.
Payments may be processed by Stripe. Your receipt or bank statement may identify Mademinds, Stripe, or a related payment descriptor shown at checkout.
2. How to cancel
You may cancel through the billing area of your Mademinds dashboard or the Stripe-hosted customer portal when enabled. Open your active subscription, select Cancel subscription, and complete the confirmation steps. You may also email hello@mademinds.site if the online cancellation option is unavailable.
You do not need to speak with a salesperson to cancel a subscription purchased online, and no cancellation fee applies. To prevent a renewal charge, submit the cancellation before the renewal date shown in your account. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
3. What happens after cancellation
Unless the cancellation screen says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You may continue using paid features until that date, and you will not be charged for the next period. Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for unused time in the current period.
After access ends, agents may stop running and account data may become unavailable or be deleted under our Privacy Policy. Export information you need before the subscription ends.
4. Seven-day first-purchase refund
If this is your first monthly Mademinds subscription, you may request a refund of the base subscription fee within 7 calendar days after the initial charge. This voluntary refund window does not cover usage-based charges, consumed third-party costs, bank fees, currency-conversion fees, or taxes we cannot recover.
The voluntary window does not apply to renewals, reactivated subscriptions, repeated purchases, or accounts suspended for abuse. Any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be limited still applies.
5. Renewals, upgrades, and downgrades
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you were charged after a timely cancellation because of a verified technical error, contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge so we can investigate and correct it.
Downgrades normally begin at the next renewal. An upgrade may begin immediately and may create a prorated charge or credit; the amount will be shown before you confirm the change. Not using an available subscription does not by itself qualify a payment for a refund.
6. Billing errors and unauthorized charges
Report a duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge promptly. Include your account email, invoice or receipt number, charge date, and amount, but never send a full card number, password, or security code.
We will correct confirmed Mademinds billing errors. If you believe your account or payment method was compromised, secure the account and contact your card issuer or payment provider promptly. Nothing in this Policy limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized payment.
7. Requesting and receiving a refund
Send an eligible request to hello@mademinds.site, call +44 7915 934765, or use the support channel shown in your account or receipt. Include the account email, receipt number, charge date, amount, plan, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. We do not charge a refund-processing fee. Stripe and your financial institution control final posting times; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval, although some payment methods or banks may take longer.
8. Chargebacks and mandatory rights
Contact us first when possible so we can investigate quickly. A chargeback does not cancel a subscription, so cancel separately to stop future renewals. We may provide the payment provider with relevant checkout, consent, usage, billing, and cancellation records when responding to a dispute.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. For related provisions, see our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
